Fables on the Walls of Paris

In places where justice fails, vile individuals act with blatant arrogance, speaking nonsense with eyes wide open, fueled by manic hubris, using public office for private gain, and relying on state power to infringe upon civil society. Clearly, wherever there is oppression, there must be resistance; resistance brings awareness, and awareness brings change. The graffiti on the walls sharply and clearly expresses current global consciousness and situations. Here, two famous fable-style graffiti from Pinocchio tales are selected to expose the endless lies of the corrupt regime in my hometown, Taiwan. By participating in this battle of renewal through consciousness, we recognize that social justice is not something that falls from the sky, but the result of the sacrifices and struggles of the people.
