Goodbye, Kaohsiung Paradox Gallery
Paradox Gallery closes with a "Close" exhibition.

Text and photos by Chen Chi-Hsiang. Gratitude to Paradox Gallery for six years as a platform for contemporary art in southern Taiwan, opening a skylight for Kaohsiung, expanding people’s horizons and imaginative space, and revealing the mysterious power of art. Each visit brought unexpected wonder and inspiration, like breathing fresh air, full of energy and thought, leaving me lingering.
First, gratitude to owner Mr. Weng for his full support of contemporary art and humanistic development, and for his vision. Also thanks to the gallery team for their dedication and passion. Their hard work over these years has established a new force in Kaohsiung’s contemporary art, engraved within the hearts of every art lover.
Consciously using this “Close” exhibition to break through the spatial skylight as a finale, Paradox Gallery in Kaohsiung will close its doors starting tomorrow. Goodbye, Paradox Gallery. When Paradox returns one day, please do not forget to tell me. Sincerely blessing those cultivating this land of Taiwan and Taiwanese artists; our future lies in our hands, and the power of humanistic art cannot be ignored.
