The Art of Realizing Life

Text and images by Chen Chi-Hsiang. Creativity is everywhere, unrelated to art; it is the driving force that improves living environments, shapes our own existence, and propels human civilization. Life creates art, and art shapes life; only when art is realized in daily life can it cultivate humanity. This is a play space specially created for young children, located in a residential area on the outskirts of Nantes, France, where creativity is embedded in education and entertainment. I discovered this during my travels. Good public facilities require a sense of public service to maintain. Young children who have not been properly cared for by their families and society will become more problem teenagers. Under the influence of the art of realizing life and a humanistic environment, they subtly develop an awareness of the highest goodness and beauty of humanity.
