Late 2010 at the White House open space: a new Taiwan mural project curated by a group of southern painters - White House

Kaohsiung's Qiaotou Sugar Refinery was once the most famous repurposed space in the art village of southern Taiwan, but now, due to funding shortages, it has lost its former artistic vitality. However, the refinery's lush, verdant, and dense gardens remain a great weekend leisure spot for Kaohsiung residents.

These three pieces of wall graffiti are works I discovered while passing through Qiaotou, located on the walls of the sugar refinery's White House Café and simple meal restaurant. They are rare wall graffiti pieces by the renowned Kaohsiung artist Lee Chun-Hsien and the artist Lee Chun-Yang from Taichung.
