Ingredients: 50g white sugar, 6 or 7 apples, 300g flour, 125g butter, oven setting "5" (approx. 175°C), 40 minutes.

Method: Mix butter, flour, and sugar in a large bowl, add a little water or milk, and knead into dough. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and slice them thinly for later use. Cut parchment paper and place it on a round aluminum pan. Press the dough evenly into the pan. Bake in the oven for 3 minutes, then remove and neatly arrange the sliced apples on the pan. Return to the oven at setting 5. Bake for about 1 hour (check doneness by inserting a skewer; if it goes in easily, it is done). Once removed, you can drizzle syrup (sugar dissolved in water) over the top, spread various jams, or add some licorice powder for extra flavor.
